Cancellation Policy

At Health Vitality MM, we understand that customers may need to change or cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when an order may be cancelled and how cancellation requests are handled.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@healthvitalitymm.com with your order number and the name used to place the order.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and process any eligible refund to the original payment method where possible.

2. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy after receiving the product.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed after we confirm that the order has not been shipped. Refund timing may depend on the payment method, payment provider, and bank processing time.

For orders paid by bank transfer, PromptPay, direct debit, or other methods where payment gateway refunds may not be available, approved refunds may be processed by bank transfer to the customer’s bank account.

4. Shipping Fees and Other Costs

Shipping fees, payment fees, or costs already incurred may be non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error by Health Vitality MM.

5. Orders Cancelled by Health Vitality MM

Health Vitality MM reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is not completed, stock is unavailable, customer information is incomplete, or an order appears fraudulent, incorrect, or unable to be fulfilled.
